Welcome to Glenmill Lodge.

This 18th century Leitrim home is set in the foothills of the Sliabh an Iarainn Mountains and within walking distance of Lough Allen (the largest lake on the river Shannon).

The house has been recently renovated to its traditional status as is reflected in the extensive stone and wood work both internally and externally. This house combines a venue for rest and relaxation with all modern conveniences ensuring a tranquil stay.

The Lodge has 3 bedrooms with double beds (single beds available if needed). Two camp beds are also stored in the Lodge for any extra guests. One bedroom is en-suite with a large bath including shower. All bed linen and towels are supplied.

Our open fire is one of the most special features in the house. It was recently re-built with sandstone and provides a warm setting for all gatherings. The kitchen also contains an electric cooker, fridge and extensive storage space. All crockery and cutlery are provided as well as a wide range of additional kitchen accessories.

The living room is bright with a large suite of furniture, coffee table, lamps, television (multi-channel), books and board games. The open fire, set in a stone wall, provides another venue for cosy nights in.

The house is situated adjoining a mountain stream. There is ample car-parking space and further safe space for children to play or for a barbeque. Garden furniture is provided.
